What the  layouts look like when applied. If you have trouble, try changing the file extention from .gif (if used) to .jpg. Twitter doesn't like .gif images presently & accepts .jpg or .png - however my website here doesn't allow the .png extentions.
(Always something!)

To use, go to your Twitter Settings
 --> Design --> Change background image.
Browse to locate the file, upload the photo and click "Save Design".

Click on the tiles to open to actual size, then save as any image. Upload to your Twitter page, set the image to "tile". If, once you have uploaded the tiles, you want them smaller, any photo editing program can resize these. Just save and re-upload. 150x150 is a good size.
