(Jordan) Bandy. Newspaper death notice mentions no children, only “Survived by wife and parents. Artemissa’s elder
brother, Clinton Dowell, married Frank’s sister, Letitia J. Bandy. Frank’s brother, Richard S. Bandy, married
Mary “Eliza” McCoy, the second child of Stephen and Sarah “Sallie” (Meador) McCoy. ... Robert was
